European HEOR Manager

Inseriert am: 20.06.2018

Job Description Summary

A new and exciting opportunity to join the growing Health Economics & Outcomes Research team of BD, a global leader in medical technology

Locations: Canton de Vaud, Switzerland; Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands or the UK

Background

In the current healthcare and economic environment, customers increasingly require evidence of “value for money” for new healthcare products and services, in addition to evidence of clinical benefit. Technological innovation in and of itself is no longer automatically rewarded with a price premium. Hypothetical benefit based on logical assumption may not be sufficient to justify increased customer expenditure; robust evidence of clinical and/or economic benefit is needed to support reimbursement and customer purchase.

To meet these market challenges, BD needs associates who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively engage with customers about their value evidence needs and to demonstrate the “value for money” delivered by BD’s products and services.
