In this position, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence (ComEx) Team and will report to the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager. You will be part of a dynamic and international team striving to drive sustainable growth for the business. As a key interaction point between Sales – Commercial Finance – ComEx, this role provides cross-functional exposure, and therefore creates opportunities for horizontal or vertical career growth.


 


As Trade Investment Optimization Manager you will take the lead for the development and implementation of our Trade Investment Management Programs. You will lead the execution of our RGM initiatives related to Customer Growth opportunities to drive short and longer-term revenue growth in line with our business unit strategies and Coca-Cola HBC Group guidelines and/or initiatives. You will also be responsible for the strategy and execution of our Commercial Policy in Switzerland. You will be responsible to deep-dive into our key customers’ contracts and together with Finance and Commercial colleagues participate in “growth mindset” negotiation of contracts.


 


 


 


Tasks


 



  • Development of our strategy for trade investments to best deliver growth and ROI.


  • Review Commercial Policy documents annually to direct trade investment strategy.


  • Coordinate x-functional Commercial Policy efforts internally, drive alignment, ensure look of success and follow up on initiatives.


  • Deep-dive into customer contracts to identify improvements areas, review counter-parts, and evaluate discounts to deliver growth and manage trade investments.


  • Contribute to recommendations and be part of the core team of annual contracts negotiations.


  • Support the Senior Management in developing and tracking the annual business plans.


  • Ensure integration of Commercial Policy drivers into regular business processes and routines (BPMS).


  • Support implementation of Commercial Policy tools and guidelines, train new and existing users.


  • Ensure review of local Commercial Policy KPIs and be SPOC towards some Group Commercial teams.



 


 


Candidate Profile


 


 


Requirements


 



  • University degree, ideally business related.


  • Work experience: min. 5 years in Commercial and/or Finance area with a successful track record and a strong understanding of Swiss Retail and/or Wholesale landscape.


  • Strong financial acumen.


  • Strategic and growth mindset: willingness to change, develop oneself, challenge the status quo, strive for sustainable growth.


  • Ability to form effective working partnerships across functions, plan and align to deliver results


  • Ability to distill complex topics, and articulate recommendations to senior leadership.


  • Advanced level of MS Excel usage, SAP BW user experience, Powerpoint knowledge.


  • Languages: English (fluent), German would be a plus.
