The Mission

To help us excel to the next level in terms of growth, our Talent and Culture and Operations Team is looking for a hands on,  enthusiastic Intern that is not afraid to get things done while having fun at work.

What You Will Do

• Be our engagement champion, assisting in rolling out and coordinating employee engagement activities


• Assist with HR related administration such as contract creations and new hire guides


• Help us coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees


• Have the opportunity to engage in different ongoing HR projects and learn the ins and outs of start-up life


• Help out with coordination of recruitment activities


• Work with an awesome international team

Who You Are

• You are enrolled in a study program within HR or business administration or relevant field


• Experience with handling administrative tasks in the past


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)


• Flexible team player with excellent attention to details


• Organized and service minded


• Motivated and with a “can do” mentality 


• Positive and fun character


• You are tech savvy and are able to learn how to use tools easily
