The digital solutions from additiv are based on the leading software platform additiv Digital Finance Suite (“DFS”). Our customers are served around Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East.


To support our R&D group, we look for a senior engineer with passion for technologies to serve as a team lead while being hands-on engineer.


Engineering Team Lead


This position is based in Zurich and reports to the Manager Research & Development of additiv.


What is your role?



  • Work closely with our product owners to define and implement new features in our product suite in an agile environment and scrum like process

  • Coach and support a team of developers by providing code reviews, defining solution designs and giving advice

  • Enforce coding standards and quality standards are met as part of DoD

  • Serve as release manager and support the DevOps efforts for the team

  • Ensure long term product sustainability by reporting and actively fighting technical debt


Who you are?



  • Minimum 6 years of experience working on enterprise grade applications as full stack developer (C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, jQuery)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior engineer in the wealth management domain and specifically working on PMS and CRM systems in this domain

  • 2-4 years of experience as a team lead; defining technical solutions to business problems, giving code reviews and supporting their team and peers in day to day work

  • Knowledge and experience with building restful services and WebApi

  • Knowledge and experience with the following tech stack: ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server 2016 (and above), entity framework (and other ORMs), JS, CSS, HTML, bootstrap, jQuery

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following tool stack: VS, TFS 2018, R#, Git, NuGet publishing, JIRA and confluence

  • Holistic system view. Knows how to understand the bigger picture in a complex system.

  • Previous working knowledge of additiv DFS in implementation projects

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian or German

  • Willingness to travel occasionally


Required Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are desired
