Role Summary / Purpose


The Project Coordinator leads a portfolio of projects across the group collaborating with people across the organization.


 


Your main responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the coordination of internal group-wide projects involving

    • Planning and staffing of projects in collaboration with functional departments across the organization

    • Definition of requirements for processes and tools in collaboration with process owners and IT


  • Close follow up and controlling of project progress and deliverables, identification of gaps and definition of corrective actions to ensure completion in quality, time and cost

  • Additional support to Group Management for general business organizational tasks


 


Your profile:



  • Engineering or business administration degree

  • At least 3 years experience as a project coordination/manager preferably in an industrial environment

  • Relevant experience with business process reengineering projects and introduction of IT and ERP tools

  • Fluent in English, French and German a plus

  • Good analytical, project management and organizational skills

  • Good communicator across a multi-site organization

  • Open and pragmatic personality easy to communicate and get along with
