The Project Coordinator leads a portfolio of projects across the group collaborating with people across the organization.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination of internal group-wide projects involving
Planning and staffing of projects in collaboration with functional departments across the organization
Definition of requirements for processes and tools in collaboration with process owners and IT
Close follow up and controlling of project progress and deliverables, identification of gaps and definition of corrective actions to ensure completion in quality, time and cost
Additional support to Group Management for general business organizational tasks
Your profile:
Engineering or business administration degree
At least 3 years experience as a project coordination/manager preferably in an industrial environment
Relevant experience with business process reengineering projects and introduction of IT and ERP tools
Fluent in English, French and German a plus
Good analytical, project management and organizational skills
Good communicator across a multi-site organization
Open and pragmatic personality easy to communicate and get along with
