Working Student - Junior POD Specialist 60%

Within HR the People & Organizational Development Team is responsible to design, develop and deploy a comprehensive portfolio of high quality training measures for professionals, management and group functions across the company. It also defines and supports the company’s talent management, performance management as well as learning and development strategies.

Are you motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, to deliver tangible outcomes? If so, we are looking for you - a Junior POD Specialist (working student) for 12 months.


Your Challenge


Project member:



  • Support in ongoing strategic projects - collaboration and support in managing the POD projects (deadlines, tasks monitoring, preparation of presentations) as well as responsibility for smaller projects


Academy / Learning & Development Support:



  • Support in the preparation and execution of key events, like Welcome Days and 1st Working Day


Diversity & Inclusion:



  • Support in the strategic implementation of D&I measures and activities in cooperation with HR Leads (includes studies with Uni Lucerne and HSG)


Processing of periodic studies and reports: 



  • Course Reporting & Evaluation: Ensure evaluation and prepare half-yearly quality reports for the HR leads and Sustainability Committee

  • Sustainability report: define content for the Sustainability Report on the basis of templates provided by those responsible for sustainability (oekom research, GRI standards)


 


Your Qualification



  • Student at a University or FH, first experience in project work would be an advantage

  • Good analytical and conceptual skills

  • Independent and exact working style

  • Good MS Office skills (advanced PPT & excel skills for data analysis)

  • Fluent in German and English
