Deine Aufgaben

The Merchandise Planners develop and execute merchandise financial plans to achieve financial targets and maximize business results through effective and timely pre-season and in-season management of designated categories:

• Develop department financial strategy and range plans in partnership with Buying counterpart


• Own the merchandise financial plan, regularly adjusting according to market trends, country plans and selling performance while optimizing margin and stock turn


• Control and reforecast OTB to maximize sales, gross margin and inventory turn


• Steer in season actions through price management and effective reorders in partnership with Operation and Allocation counterpart


• Manage communication of strategic decisions, sales and in-season trading activities to the team and all relevant stakeholders


• Setting guidance for KPIs and challenging the buying team ensuring targets are translated into company’s top-line targets 


• Leading adhoc projects to enhance planning and merchandising processes

Dein Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable field


• 5-7 years of Merchandising/Planning experience


• Excellent Analytical skills


• Motivation, structure and positivity in very dynamic and fast fashion environment, striving for solutions


• Drive your work autonomously and proactively keeping tight deadlines


• Excited about the challenges of the fast fashion business


• Excellent English skills and able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders (any other language is a plus)


• Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset


• Experience in utilizing merchandise planning software is highly beneficial
