For our B&PS division based in Zurich, we are currently looking for a
Service Delivery Manager
Your Responsibilities
• Central point of contact for our customers and their contractual services
• Responsibility for the delivery of engagements and services within the expected quality level, cost and contractual framework
• Provide accurate reporting to the Lead Delivery and Customers
• Maintain roadmap of contracted services and associate staffing plan
• Ensure compliance to processes, customer satisfaction monitoring and continuous improvement management
• Management of internal and external service providers and management of sub-projects
• Responsible for the utilization rate of involved employees
• Collaboration with key account management for the long-term retention and development of assigned customers
• Accompaniment of the presales phase as well as the service implementation and transition phase
• Contract creation, ongoing contract maintenance and triggering of invoicing
• Develop and introduce new services including creating service portfolios and service catalogs
Your Profile
• You have successfully completed higher education (HF / FH / Uni / ETH) in computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management (SLAs, escalation management, contract management, etc.) in large scale environments
• Hands-on experience in SDM, developing and implementing new IT services / service architecture
• Certified in IT Service Management (at least ITIL V3 Foundation)
• Certified in Project Management
• Leadership experience in leading teams and working groups in distributed context (on-near-off shore)
• Ability to evolve in political context and to step-in difficult situation when necessary
• Strong service delivery focus and ability to continuously improve the delivery processes through DevOps pipe implementation and team coaching
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High solution orientation and a convincing communicative appearance
• Organizational talent, initiative and implementation strength
• Very good communication skills in German and English, spoken and written
