Agile Project Manager (m/f)

Your Responsabilities

• Customize and implement project management processes and best practices helping clients to adopt Agile methodologies


• Act as a Agile/SAFe® Coach, helping our customers to adopt the value and advantages of Agile software delivery


• Agile/SAFe® projects life-cycle management of simultaneous multiple teams engagements


• Setting-up and owning the project delivery with the application of Agile/SAFe® methods


• Leading near- and off-shore teams to deliver product increments or applications using Agile/SAFe® approach


• Consult clients on the technology selection and defining architecture, in collaboration with the Digital Factories Solution


• Guidance and mentoring for the Agile/SAFe® delivery teams


• Interact with multiple stakeholders to collect and define product requirements


• Collaborate with and support the Product Owner in managing client’s expectations for deliverables


• Collaborate with and support the Scrum Master in execution of scrum ceremonies and removing impediments


• Create and secure trusting and supportive work environment, fostering transparency, open communication and culture of problem solving


• Active contribution to the development of Digital Factories Solution of Atos BP&S, by experience and knowledge sharing 5

Your Profile

• Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:


• Min. 5 years of experience in agile project delivery, facing  challenging customer environments


• Agile mindset, with strong understanding of various Agile methodologies


• Demonstrable experience in supporting clients in transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies


• Extensive experience in project planning and coordination


• Solid strengths in formulating technical challenges in a form of story that is easy to understand and work on further in order to solve a complex problem


• Strong customer delivery excellence and relationships building skills


• Sound knowledge of software development practices and continuous delivery


• Significant experience in leading near- and off-shore software delivery teams


• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, able to adapt style as required to persuade and gain support of partners at all levels, previous experience of taking active part and leading negotiations and proven track record of successful stakeholder management


• Scrum processes champion


• Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment


• Certification in PRINCE2, PMI and Agile methodologies desired


• University degree 


• Languages: Fluent English skills required, in addition to German
