Our B2B startup supports UX designers, product managers and user researchers from well-known companies such as Zalando, SBB, SRF, AXA, UBS and trivago in collecting real-life, applicable user feedback faster and more cost-effectively. Our service is based on a pool of more than 300,000 test users.


TestingTime needs reinforcement. Your goal in this role is to encourage teamwork, cooperation and productivity. You will primarily have to focus on the processes between Sales, Customer Success and Pool Growth, optimize them and keep an eye on our high quality standards. To ensure this you will keep track of our daily operations and deliver inputs as a stakeholder into our product team. You will further take in the role as the first person of contact when it comes to strategic and operational questions between the departments.

This job is for you if:



  • you have a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

  • you already gained management experience

  • you worked on different projects with many clients involved

  • you love to optimize processes, are data driven and comfortable with technology

  • your English is Business fluent (German is a plus)
