About the team:

The holder of this position will be a member of the «Identity & Access Management» function (IAM) within the «Group Digital & Information Services» unit (GDIS) and report directly to the Head of IAM Professional Services.
The IAM function includes several teams (i.e. Service Delivery, Professional Services, Engineering & Architecture, and Analysis & Design) which contribute to the IAM Group Services of Swiss Re. These Group Services are consumed across the board by Swiss Re's core business divisions on a daily basis (i.e. Reinsurance, Corporate Solutions, and Life Capital). Accordingly, the «Expert Solu-tion Architect» needs to maintain close working relationships with the consuming business divi-sions and fellow governance peers (such as Information Security and Technology Architecture) due to IAM's mission-critical and audit-relevant character.
As a member of Swiss Re's cyber security ecosystem, the «Expert Solution Architect» must work closely together with various community members. The community stakeholders are primarily IT domain architects, application owners, security engineers and representatives of the CISO organi-zation, Internal Audit and Operational Risk Management.
The IAM team cares about being a reliable partner to the Swiss Re Group, its colleagues and its team members. Swiss Re as a whole is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diversity.
