The Requirements Engineer in the Partner Domain analyses requests to and for IT applications that manage partner/client data at Bank Julius Bär. Based on the request and in alignment with Domain Architecture, the Business Analyst specifies in detail the scope, manages the scope fulfilment throughout the project and assists in testing. Furthermore the Business Analyst consults the requirement providers, developers and project leads with regards to the change scope.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Perform business analyses


• Write & update business specifications and get approval from stakeholders


• Manage the scope of a project, avoid scope creep and ensuring that expectations by requirement providers


• Align changes to partner applications with surrounding applications (within same domain or with other domains)


• Define use cases & test cases


• Assist testing, if necessary perform test cases and report defects / change requests


• Process Documentation


• Document changes for training purposes


• Business support

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Higher education in computer science /  Business Informatics



• Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)


• In-depth knowledge in CRM applications in financial institutions


• Multi-year experience in working as a business analyst or equivalent role


• Motivated personality, strong interest in digitization aspects and ability to work under pressure 


• Subject matter expert in IT integration and web technologies
