What you achieve

In an international environment, you help us provide a stable and smooth operation of the whole workplace. You use your profound knowledge of Microsoft Workplace products to deliver a high-quality. As a member of our on-site team and natural troubleshooter, you are the main interface to the third-level support team, and you collaborate closely with them. In addition, you help deploy new services to operation and provide training to other teams within the support chain.

Why you succeed



  • IT diploma (FCC) is a plus

  • Initial experience working at an IT service desk Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Very good functional understanding of Workplace solutions, knowledge of relevant call tracking applications

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and SCCM, knowledge of ITIL

  • Advanced certification in IT is a plus Skilled problem solver with distinct customer service orientation, open for continuous learning and continually improving your skills

  • Flexible, autonomous, and proactive personality, open to new technologies and always ready to listen and analyze, with a strong team spirit, high tolerance to stress

  • Very good written and spoken English and either French or German
