Zurich Insurance is pursuing the objective to standardize its processes across countries and product areas. The Billing and Payments team is an organization on the Group level that is supporting this objective by offering SAP FS-CD based collections and disbursement services – mostly with Zurich internal staff. The team has already implemented eleven countries and various lines of business on a single platform. With growing demand for the service, the team is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Zurich internal team and maintain a strong base of subject matter expertise in the Billing and Payments space. The team is responsible for implementation projects, change and ongoing operations of the platform, giving team members broad exposure and opportunities to grow within the subject area.




Your Role
 

As a Senior Business Analyst SAP FS-CD your main responsibilities will involve:

 

  • Support for users in building Business Cases for change and identifying their requirements in the Billing and Payments space


  • Authoring of requirements specifications and functional solution design


  • Estimation of the level of effort/cost for new implementations or functional enhancements


  • Review of technical designs; guidance for developers implementing the solution


  • Quality review checks on project deliverables


  • Test and debugging of implemented solutions


  • Customer and tester training in FS-CD processes


  • Liaison between business and IT



 
Your Skills and Experience
 

As a Senior Business Analyst SAP FS-CD your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

  • University degree in IT or business or equivalent


  • Insurance and/or accounting process knowledge


  • Excellent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German, other European languages a plus


  • Good knowledge of SAP technology


  • SAP certificates or equivalent


  • A minimum of 5 years of SAP configuration, ideally in FS-CD, FI-CA or equivalent.


  • Ability to prepare and drive requirements workshops with customers and document the results ready for sign-off


  • Ability to write and review complex functional designs.


    
Additional Information  

Primary work location is Zürich. Travel required in Europe up to 25% of time. Travel outside Europe occasional due to international projects in Europe, North and South America as well as support for live customers in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Great Britain and Mexico.
