Senior Ecosystem Manager

As Ecosystem Manager you have the opportunity to shape Vontobel’s next growth phase by establishing Vontobel in existing and upcoming ecosystems.

Your Challenge

• Define the company’s ecosystem strategy by identifying existing and future relevant systems and by evaluating market trends and technological developments


• Have an active role in the execution of the strategy by coordinating and leading projects to bring use cases to life


• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners of Vontobel


• Be the center of competence at Vontobel and act as change agent in the organization

 

Your Qualification

• Master degree at a university in business or engineering


• Experience in or a deep understanding of ecosystems and online business models


• At least 4-6 years of work experience in a comparable position


• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset


• Strong conceptual and presentation techniques with a proven ability to influence senior executives


• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills on C-level are a must


• Proven track record in leading projects


• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Fluency in German would be a strong plus
