On behalf of our client, who is a pharmaceutical company based in Neuchatel region, we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer. This is a permanent full-time role with focus on sterile & finished products in a manufacturing environment.
Your challenges
Deviation and Complaint Management
Implementation of CAPAs including performance of quality investigations
Definition of SOPs and GMP-related documents
Batch Record Review execution
Analysis and evaluation of KPIs for continuous improvement
Change Control and Risk Analysis
Self- and third-party inspections (Audits)
Your skills
at least 6 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical environment within a quality related role
Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
Expertise in sterile products and production experience in injectables is a must-have
Manufacturing and GMP experience will be considered as an asset
Strong commitment and high motivation working in a team but also independently
Fluency in French and English
