Your challenges
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant your key responsibilities will include:
• Review job applications and reach out to best potential candidates
• Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates
• Identifying new business opportunities in the market
• Analyzing market information, identifying trends and monitoring competition
• Establishing trust with your candidates and proactively sourcing career opportunities for them
• Attending trainings, meetings and conferences
Your skills
• University Degree
• Fluent Knowledge in German (C2) and English (C1), any other language is an asset
• First proven work experience
• High resilience
• Energetic
• Enjoy working in team-based environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Hunger to learn new skills and go beyond your comfort zone!
