Talent & Outreach Programs Recruiter (m/w)

Spring Professional is looking for multiple Recruiters who will be responsible for guiding candidates through hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at our client. You will support all stages of the intern recruiting life cycle to assist hiring across Europe. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and internal clients. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months with the possibility for an extension.


Your challenges



  • Drive the candidate recruitment process and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.

  • Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse intern candidate pool for the EMEA tech intern program.

  • Recruit for interns across EMEA and participate in the summer programming and events.

  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.


Your skills



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience of high-volume recruitment, preferably recruiting interns or university graduates.

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

  • Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters.

  • Demonstrated ability to use analysis to drive recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to the client's recruitment efforts.

  • Team player who possesses leadership skills, acts with integrity and self-awareness, avoids unethical shortcuts, and respects and values intelligence and diversity of all colleagues.

  • Strong passion for campus recruiting and working with candidates from diverse backgrounds who are starting their careers, experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.

  • Delivery focused and genuinely enjoy interacting with a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.
