Tax Expert

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Supports Head of Group Taxes in all tax matters of Leonteq group


• Central point of contact for all Swiss and international tax issues within the group


• Represents tax function in projects on a group-wide basis


• Prepares tax rulings and correspondence with tax authorities


• Management and coordination of external Tax advisors globally in direct and indirect tax matters


• Corporate income tax planning and Tax optimization in other areas (VAT, WHT, FTT etc.)


• Manages and updates the transfer pricing documentation for the group in cooperation with external counsels


• Supporting the legal department to ensure proper tax wording in various legal documents (such as distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, credit facilities, prospectus, issuing programs, ISDA agreements etc.)


• Checks the developments in the tax environment and identifies risks and chances for the group

Our requirements

• Master degree in business administration, economics or law


• Diploma as Swiss Certified Tax Expert


• 6 - 7 years relevant experience (i.e. 2-3 years after becoming a Swiss Certified Tax Expert)


• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills


• Fast learner with high levels of confidence, professionalism and diplomacy
