We Offer

 



  • A meaningful and dynamic role as a junior project manager in one of the top priority strategic programs of the bank, driven out the Compliance COO organization based in Zurich

  • Actively support the target process design, including procedural framework, for client onboarding functions in PB international locations

  • You will work with a number of senior stakeholders from both compliance and front office to drive the end-to-end design of the future client onboarding process

  • Actively identify opportunities to improve existing processes with a focus on control enhancements, efficiency, and effectiveness

  • Documenting processes in detail to a high level of accuracy including interpretation of stakeholder input

  • You will be responsible for the preparation of presentations for senior management

  • You are going to work together with various project teams to ensure target models are being implemented into Credit Suisse’s IT infrastructure

  • Support bridging the gap between target design and execution teams through preparation of required documentation

  • Tracking of actions items and preparation of meetings within the program governance

  • Preparing and running workshops and meetings with SMEs as well as documenting outcomes 


You Offer

 

  • A university degree or equivalent education in business administration, legal or technology- / science-related fields

  • You gained a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Banking or Consulting experience with some experience in project management

  • You are fluent in English (written and oral), any other European languages e.g. Spanish, Portuguese would be an advantage

  • Wealth Management Compliance and Client Onboarding knowledge is a considerable asset

  • You combine strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail

  • Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information as clearly and effectively as possible

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

  • You have a high level of flexibility and the dedication to deliver high quality work within short timeframe
