Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the successful execution of our diverse projects starting with the handover from sales department until the successful completion of site works


• After handover of the project you arrange the project team with members from the required disciplines and ensure that each member completes the assigned tasks and work packages according to the project plan which you created


• During the project execution, you define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time delivery of our products. In case of deviations you proactively initiate the appropriate actions to bring the project back on track


• As the first point of contact to the customer you ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication


• With your commercial experience you successfully manage the contract towards the customer and support the selection of suppliers for special products


• Your tasks include the management of changes in scope of delivery and the active increase of revenue and project margin as well as the reduction of project risks


• You are responsible for regular project reporting to management and whenever you see improvement potential in your project or in the general project execution you share your knowledge with the team

Your background

• You combine a technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with commercial training


• Project management certification is highly desired


• You have at least 5 years of experience in project management


• You are business fluent in English and German. Spanish or French would be an asset


• To be successful in this job you require excellent communication and organisational skills


• Ideally, you have experience in SAP as well as product knowledge in GIS and GCB
