Your responsibilities



  • - Guide a technical team of different disciplines and as well be part of a technical team led by others

  • - Develop technical/commercial proposals and quotations based on customer specifications with alternative options optimized in different aspects

  • - Analyze customer needs and competitor portfolios through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization

  • - Conduct in-depth analyses and assessments to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer requirements

  • - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues

  • - Offer technical support with regard to technical meetings, negotiations, etc. and put forward technical recommendations, including costings for specific solutions

  • - Perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend course of action in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit for the purpose of improving future performance


Your background



  • - Solid Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • - At least ten years’ experience relating to electrification in systems business (power plants, mining, cement, or similar)

  • - Well-developed analytical abilities and capacity to grasp complex technical issues quickly and confidently

  • - Proven track record or demonstrable skills in sales / consulting (or similar) in Russia

  • - Very good Russian language skills are a MUST; fluent command of English

  • - Very good knowledge of cultural and business practices in Russia

  • - Strong knowledge of Russian Regulations / Codes / Standards and russian Standards and Regulations
