your tasks & responsibilities

• Supporting the Client Opening team in the KYC and AML processes


• Support in the periodical screening of sanctioned persons and entities


• Supporting the Compliance team in the implementation of KYC/AML policies and new regulations (AMLO-FINMA, CDB 20, FINIG/FINIA)


• Assisting Legal and Compliance with administrative tasks and contract management


• Archiving of relevant documents, client database maintenance

• Gain an understanding of legal & regulatory international questions


• Learning to work with different operational systems


• Learning about the different Compliance monitoring activities


• Learning about implementation of various national & international regulatory requirements


• Acquiring onboarding and relationship documentation knowledge

Our requirements

• Bachelor of Law or working towards a degree in Law or Compliance or Regulatory


• Active interest in capital markets and regulations, in particular AML


• Sense of responsibility and a capacity for teamwork and dedication


• Fluent in German and / or English. French, or other additional languages would be a plus


• Good MS Office Skills
