Blue Ocean is a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardizing our major business processes globally. In this context, SAP is implemented on a global level.


To strengthen our team, which is located in our global operational Headquarter in Greifensee, Zurich we are looking for a


SAP CRM Consultant (f/m/d) 100%


This is an internal consultant position within our project organization.


In this role, your responsibilities would include:



  • Take ownership for the solution in the area of Marketing or Sales towards our customers and stakeholders

  • Accurate translation of business requirements into system functionalities, either by specifying them as system enhancements or by doing the respective system configuration

  • Designing and building new SAP based functionalities and business processes focusing on Sales and Marketing area

  • Configuration of the SAP CRM solution according to the process definition/requirements

  • SAP CRM development

  • Create or review functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration; functional support to our developers with the implementation of the same

  • Taking over the solution governance and build strong relationships with the counterparts on the business side


Ihr Profil





    • University degree in information technology or similar


  • 5+ years of professional SAP experience (preferably gained at consulting) with SAP CRM/SAP ECC

  • At least 3 full project lifecycles (design, customizing, testing, cutover and support) having implemented SAP CRM focusing on Marketing to Sales; SAP ECC (SD) is a plus

  • Expertise in Marketing and Lead to Quote, particularly knowledge of middleware, access control engine, web UI framework, accounts definition

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP C/4HANA applications is a plus

  • Customer and results-oriented mindset is desired (experience with Agile methodology is a plus)

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment (cultural awareness)

  • Open for international travel during the week (up to 30%)
