Your responsibilities
Support in supporting to define the architecture framework in regards to business capabilities, processes, user groups, projects, application, data objects, IT components, interfaces, providers and technology stacks
Develop insights into the most important questions which needs to be addressed in enterprise architecture such as application portfolio transparency, technology risks and integration architecture
Perform updates/downloads/uploads into the Application portfolio management tool
Cooperation in writing a user guide for the usage of the application portfolio management tool
Perform quality control and challenge stakeholders on the quality of the information received
Your profile
Passion for data / information management & technology
Able to adequate communication at various level of stakeholders
Stress resistant
Willing to learn new online tools such as leanix.net
Basic development skills are a plus to aggregate data from various systems
Skilled in usage of Microsoft Excel
Remarkable attention for detail
