We are looking for


Talent Management & Personal Development Specialist to design, implement and evaluate initiatives that drive staff learning and development and support career map implementation. Areas of focus include learning needs identification, assessment of the effectiveness of learning activities, implementing and maintaining a Symbiotics competency inventory, project management, coaching, facilitation, reporting, maintaining key learning metrics. Ensure alignment of activities with corporate culture DNA and strong contribution to hub integration.


The position is based in our Head office in Geneva, with reporting line to the Head of People Division.


Job Description



  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide learning & personal development solutions including technical and soft skills learning

  • Complete learning needs analysis, define the best learning solutions and seek out feedback to implement solutions for the best learning experience that support business performance goals

  • Support the implementation of a talent development career map along a predefined framework

  • Ensure staff mapping and maintaining it, ensure competency, knowledge and training database is implemented and kept updated

  • Accompany employees on their individual development journey

  • Design effective learning and talent development experiences which support business objectives, developed by self or in partnership of others using various learning technologies

  • Leverage different learning and talent development methods and channels (e-learning, web-conference, multimedia) to drive learning enablement and impact across regions

  • Ensure organization of trainings including contract management where external providers

  • Support learning budgeting process, ensure follow-up and control activities. Do analytical cost analysis and ensure learning ROI evaluation

  • Issue and regularly update training policy, issue training agreements, ensure implementation and follow-up.


Requirements



  • Candidates must demonstrate proven experience and success in training needs analysis, design, organization, delivery & evaluation of training effectiveness

  • Experience in competency evaluation and mapping, design of competency-based career paths

  • Self-starter to initiate and manage programs that are meaningful, valued, practical and enjoyable

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Trained in coaching with a proven track record

  • Experienced in issuing relevant policies as well as external provider contract management

  • High level of integrity, hands-on and enjoying teamwork

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in the Impact finance sector is an asset

  • Experience in using Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and other Office applications

  • Proficiency in English and French, Spanish is a strong plus

  • Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
