As Junior Compliance Officer (M/F/D) you play an integral part in further developing Clariant's compliance strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional and Global Compliance Officers in projects, trainings, risk assessments and advice your own stakeholders on compliance matters and ethical and compliant behavior, whilst monitoring the conformity to existing and need for new policies.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and impactful compliance trainings both in person and via E-Learning tools. You will also roll out training plans and continunally improve our training methods
Craft inspiring compliance communications to foster engagement across the business. This will include contributions to our group annual and sustainability reports and further cultivate a culture of ethical behaviour project mange the implementation of our compliance framework
You will assist in improving compliance processes encouraging standardization and the uptake of best practices
Implement targeted and fit for purpose monitoring activities and check effectiveness
Support risk assessments and compliance reviews
Take responsibility for our speak up line
Requirements
University degree in Law, Business or similar supplemented by first experiences in a similar professional environment
A solid understanding of international business goals and challenges. Specifically, a Finance/Accounting/Audit/legal background is considered would be advantageous
Experience in working in a multinational environment, experience in handling wide range of stakeholders on different levels of the organization,
Great prioritization skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Resilient personality, able to deal with stress and pressure
Good reporting skills, experience in Excel, PowerPoint and with training management systems is beneficial
Business fluent in German and English is a must
