Procurement Manager - Global Transportation
Corporate procurement makes a substantial contribution to achieving and maintaining the competitive position of all Sonova group companies. We are an active participant within the process of design, production and sales & distribution of Sonova products.

Your tasks



  • Procurement of transport, distribution and logistics services on economic terms and world class performance

  • Review, analyze and optimize the transportation patterns and cost models for the complete supply chain of the company

  • Enable the best leverage possibilities for procurement by optimizing the supply process and ensure stability and competitiveness of the service providers base

  • Process responsibility for cooperation within the Sonova group operations

  • Define and ensure implementation of a transport and distribution services strategy

  • Maintaining good relationships with service providers to ensure a long-term partnership

  • Develop improvement projects to delivery savings, cash, cost avoidance and service level improvements

Your profile



  • University degree in business, supply chain or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years’ of procurement experience in parcel, transport and logistics services

  • Experience with procurement systems including systems such as spend data, contract management, online tendering and ERP procurement systems, such as SAP

  • Self-driven personality with high analytical and strategic thinking

  • Highly goal-oriented, proactive and independent person

  • Able to travel as required by the job and projects, max. up to 25%

  • Fluent in English and German, all other languages would be a plus
