Our client is a renowned, Europe-wide leading textile and fashion company whose brands and products have enjoyed an excellent reputation for many years. At our Swiss headquarters, conveniently located in the Zurich South-West region, we are looking for you as a:

Supervisor Customer Service 

In this function, you are the "right hand" of the Visual Merchandising Manager and support him in all operational and organizational tasks on a national level, from the adaptation of central guidelines, to the involvement and implementation of projects, processing orders for various materials as new openings and store renovations, to manage budget monitoring. To "store to store" communication. You will also lead a small team of assistants in the department.
Your activities essentially comprise:



  • Preparation of the so-called "visual merchandising" communication to stores/management

  • Responsible in the organization and in the implementation of various projects

  • Administrative and organizational support and assistance with new openings and/or renovations

  • Budget monitoring

  • Leadership of a small team within the "Visual Merchandising

Our demands on you:

  • A commercial background is mandatory, as is some years of practical work experience in administration and office work.

  • Experience in the retail business of a larger company with a branch network , experience in the textile industry is an advantage

  • At least 3-4 years of practical work experience in a comparable function (customer service, order processing, purchasing)

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, very good knowledge of German, French or Italian is a “plus”

  • Leadership experience

Passionate, energetic and very good communicator. Your strong service mentality, your mental flexibility and your ability to keep a cool head even in hectic times are also in demand. You are attentive and positive with a "doing well" mentality and a solution-oriented approach.
