Straps & Packaging Development Coordinator (F/M)

Job description

In this position, you will support the team for Swatch & Flik Flak with daily business and administrative tasks.

Typical activities will include:

• Manage presentation & status lists for each collection launch & special projects


• Ongoing coordination and follow up of projects between Strap Development Team and other Departments


• Masterdata Management on SAP for straps, accessories & Bijoux.


• Order request and release Management to enable Purchase process


• Follow up and coordinate homologation of our products with our external laboratory


• Support the team in their daily administrative development tasks


• Rethink / redesign internal process


• Create and update electronic catalogue on different material technology in collaboration with buyer

Profile

You are an autonomous, reliable and dynamic team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible, efficient and good at multi-tasking, you are used to work in fast moving environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.

Professional requirements

You bring a commercial background and 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position. In addition, you have technical understanding as well as good computer skills (MS Office). Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.

Languages

To succeed in this position, you must be bilingual French/English. Italian is a plus.
