Responsibility for the secretarial offices of the Chairman of BoD and active management of his highly volatile calendar and inbox
Deputy to Executive Personal Assistant
Organisation of customer meetings, workshops and business trips
Management of open tasks (including coordination and tracking of delegated tasks, mailing, archiving, time and expense recording)
Layout of presentations
Point of contact for and close collaboration with the executive board
What you need
High level of quality awareness, reliability, conscientiousness and discretion
Excellent command of German and very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Sound user knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint
Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
Quick- and open-minded, eager to learn and able to set priorities
Ability to communicate with different people appropriate to their level and function
High sense of initiative and strong solution orientation
