Office Assistant Life Science Business 50-60%


What you will do

In this important role you are assisting our Executive Vice President Life Science Business (LSB) on operational tasks and maintain business processes within our LSB organization
  
Responsibilities will include



  • Assisting the Executive Vice President LSB in day to day activities including the coordination and management of meetings and schedules, travel arrangements, visa, invoices and other general office duties

  • Managing of In-/ongoing correspondence

  • Provide team with support on projects including presentation material

  • Responding to general inquiries and distributing to the team according to the topic

  • Administrative to do’s of new employees within direct team

  • SAP Learning Solution Power user

  • Other duties as assigned


What you bring along


  • Several year of experience in an international company

  • Experience as Assistant to Management

  • Fluent German and English skills (C1 or higher), any additional languages are a plus

  • Strong IT Skills, MS Office is a must requirement

  • Good communications skills

  • Multi-tasking, independent and flexible

  • Able to adapt to a fast moving environment
