Based on the overall human resources strategy and within the guidelines of CCHellenic, the Rewards & HR Service Manager is in charge of the local total remuneration strategy and for the development and implementation of fair and market competitive total remuneration systems and human resources policies which support the overall business objectives. The manager leads and develops the Rewards & HR Services team to fully support functional strategies and initiatives.
Reporting to the Swiss HR Director, you interact with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, Group Rewards, Group Mobility, local Finance, Legal, Inhouse HR and Finance shared service centers, our external payroll provider and Swiss authorities.
Responsibilities
Define and implement local total remuneration & benefits strategy based on the overall human resources strategy and in accordance with the Group guidelines
Develop total remuneration systems, be responsible for job evaluations and gradings
Define local short-term incentive and benefit plans
Implement and administrate long-term incentive and benefits plans
Initiate and ensure execution of the annual merit and bonus process
Lead participation in external market studies (compensation surveys), analyse and interpret results to define internal compensation structures
Overall responsibility for the annual headcount and labour cost planning process
Ensure reconciliation of labour cost actual and plan data with Financial Controlling
Develop and improve various HR policies
Manage relationship and service level with external payroll provider
Overall responsibility for implementation, improvement and upgrade of HR systems
Ensure high quality HR reports and provision of HR analytics
Ensure full legal, policy, process and GDPR compliance within HR
Define and continuously improve all Rewards, HR administration and payroll processes and ensure proper execution by HR team, shared service center and external payroll provider
Coach and develop the Rewards & HR Services team
Profile
University degree or university of applied science or a higher degree in Business Administration or HR
5 years+ of experience in the area of Rewards or similar areas (e.g. HR, Finance)
Knowledge of best practices in Rewards, HR Services, Swiss labour law
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain partnerships in a matrix organisation at all levels
Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in an autonomous manner
German skills (mother tongue), excellent English skills, French a plus
Excellent working knowledge in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
