This Web Agency based in Basel offer full customer service, providing digital strategy, development of user-friendly web designs and high performance, responsive web solutions, and operation of a wide range of client web projects. They work with companies across a wide range of industries including sport, transport, finance, and education.

Due to popular demand, they are now looking to grow and bring on a new Web Project Manager to help handle their large number of client projects. If this sounds like the right thing for you, you have:

Excellent organisation and planning ability across multiple projects

Several years experience in leading web projects

Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs

Experience and strength in communicating with customers and web developers alike

Good knowledge and high affinity for web topics (eg: online marketing, social media, web trends etc)

High-quality awareness and reliability

You are:

Analytically minded

Structured, exact and independent in your working

Motivated, positive and flexible

Good with the entire Office range (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphics programmes (Sketch, Photoshop)

Fluent German and English

A Swiss or EU national

As a bonus:

Experienced in the development of wireframes

Knowledgeable of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap

Knowledgeable of Google programmes (GoogleAdWords, GoogleAnalytics)

Experienced with TYPO3

Experienced in conducting customer workshops

The role:

Advising and supporting customers in their web environment

Responsible for successful handling and operation of web solutions

Planning, directing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of web solutions

Developing coherent web concepts (taking into account the technology and user)

Handling customer inquiries and writing relevant offers

Supporting customers in the operation of the CMS

Tracking and controlling work packages and web projects

Planning and conducting customer workshops on online strategy, interaction design, user experience, and usability
