For our team Manufacturing Engineering in Group Manufacturing we are looking for a

Senior Controls Engineer (f/m)

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%

Your responsibilities

• Project management & project support for global equipment projects with focus on digitalization


• On-site analysis of existing processes and equipment


• Creation of technical documentation (“Technology Books”) and equipment specifications


• On-site technology training & workshops to support profitability of Business Groups


• Support equipment supply process and supplier communication

Your qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant job experience


• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field


• Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection and communications systems.


• Proven experience in machine programming, sensor electronics and machine safety


• Experience in machine data acquisition and data analysis


• Well-developed communication skills and intercultural experience


• Good knowledge and understanding of business KPI and financials


• Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other European language is an asset
