The Business Developer in the Cast in team is responsible for identify new sales opportunities in a certain region (new segment, new application or a product gap), to pitch products/services, to maintain fruitful relationship with markets and customers (specifiers, consultants, contractors). The Business Developer for the new business Cast-in is are also responsible to keep competitor radar updated and bring information about market trends. The Business Developer role will assess the key aspects of the business opportunity including 1) estimating relevant market/segment size, growth and understanding the competitor landscape, 2) identifying the customer needs and assessing the ideal product portfolio, 3) support key market organizations on defining their one year plan, and, 4) support key product introduction.
