The main purpose of our Global Process Engineering Team is to develop and improve our production processes. In this varied position you are responsible for the following tasks:
Lead automation and digitization projects with focus on manufacturing process improvement
Portfolio Management and improvement of our production tools and measurement equipment
Management of interdisciplinary and international project teams
Establishment of a partner network for digital product development incl. lifecycle management
Requirement Engineering for automation and digitalization products
Market observation and analyzation of competitive products
Your profile
We are looking for applicants with bachelor or master degree in Automation, IT or comparable qualifications and several years professional experience in project management in a similar role. Good knowledge about production technologies and Industry 4.0 are an advantage for this position. Thanks to your analytical skills, structured and responsible way of working your projects will be a success. Your global mindset and strong communications skills help you to motivate you interdisciplinary teams. Our international environment requires fluent English skills and the willingness for occasional trips abroad (10%).
