GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE

Your Tasks

• Development, implementation and management of the global supply chain activities for the automotive segment


• Elaboration of relevant guidelines and procedures in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and deployment of the concept within Datwyler Sealing Solutions


• Management of global capacity planning cycles with coordination of the strategic, tactical and operational capacity planning activities between sites and relevant functions


• Ensurement that shortcomings are properly identified and communicated on management level to initiate appropriate corrective actions


• Coordination of plant allocations and transfer projects, as well as management of portfolio of transfer projects


• Assistence of sites and projects teams in initiating and executing projects and advicing project teams in preparing business cases


• Review of project documentations 


• Training, coaching and supporting of local teams on project management practices, financial and investment specific topics


• Leading and supporting of Supply Chain related projects e.g. SAP S/4 Implementation, IBP implementation 

Your Profile:

• Degree in industrial, business or mechanical engineering


• At least 5 years experience as a project manager, production manager or process engineer in the automotive industry


• Must have demonstrated success in managing multi­geographical projects and/or project portfolios


• Excellent understanding on Project Management practices


• Strong administrative / ICT skills


• Excellent knowledge of business economics


• Training/facilitation skills and ability to lead people


• Fluent in German and English
