QuoVadis Switzerland Position/Mission
The Junior Sales & Account Manager acquires independently new smaller and mid-sized customers and partners for the whole DigiCert/Quo Vadis service and product portfolio in the B2B market Switzerland.
Furthermore, he takes care of the Key Account Management and the long-term relationship management and the development of C-Clients and -partners.
Main responsibilities
• Independent planning and execution of acquisition actions for the whole DigiCert/Quo Vadis product portfolio in the B2B market Switzerland
• Achieving sales target through the acquisition of new clients/partner with focus on C -Clients.
• Acquisition will be done either by the means of using telephone, remote tools (Videoconference) or on client site.
• Achieving revenue targets through new sales and revenue growth on existing client base.
• Continuously performing Key Account Management task and Development of existing C-clients and partners through up- and cross-Sales.
• Preparation of client tailored offers – if needed in collaboration with product management and Head of Sales & Marketing
• Leading of customer and partner meetings
• Participation on events with suitable target groups and being a professional representative of DigiCert/QuoVadis
• Administrative sales activities such as CRM-management, Pre-Onboarding of won sales projects, participation on sales meetings etc.
Main interfaces
Internally :
• This function is part of the Sales & Marketing Team DigiCert/QuoVadis Switzerland
• Direct supervisor is the Head of Sales & Marketing DigiCert/QuoVadis Switzerland
• Collaboration with employees from inside sales, marketing, product management, RA/Vetting and technical support
• Deputy for peers in case of absences/holidays
Externally :
• Customers & partners in the B2B market Switzerland
Requirements
Educational background / diplomas
Technical and / or commercial degree, further education in a technical or commercial area (or the start to this) of advantage
Experience
3+ years of experience in sales functions (B2B) of services in the IT or IT-near environment Skills
