Supply Chain Manager, New operations in Asia
Place of work: Lausanne region
Missions:



  • From the HQ in Lausanne, conduct and support the ramp up of our production sites in India and Malaysia.

  • With our team in Switzerland ( 1.5 people ) and your colleagues abroad, lead, engage and empower the international operations and supply chain team inspiring innovations, mentoring and coaching talents to become the best in class.

  • Create, communicate and maintain standard work procedures and build productivity improvement plans partnering with other managers to share best practices.

  • Improve efficiency, drive productivity thanks to a well-defined external and internal material flow operation strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with the board to achieve results and implement actionable strategies to drive cost reduction and insure, through the operation processes, strong customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the supply chain culture internationally as the operations processes ensuring safe work environments thanks to the development of a safety-first culture with safety awareness programs.

  •  


Profile

  • Master’s Degree in mechanical, supply chain or industrial engineering. MBA or equivalents are a plus.

  • 10+ years of related experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in the international management of the operations and the supply chain.

  • Strong and inspiring communicator within site, and across business and sector, excellent team worker able to drive the technological changes in challenging environments.

  • Advanced data analytics tools and CRM management experience.

  • Fluent in French and English, any additional language would be a plus.

  • Availability to travel at least 20% of the time.
