 For our production site, we are looking for a highly committed:  

Operations Specialist based in Neuchâtel

(Permanent)  
Further responsibilities and duties are

• Planning and facilitation of meetings, writing meeting minutes (French and English).


• Organization of visits, meetings, external & internal events and travels.


• Data collection and edition of Dashboards and metrics.


• Various correspondences, presentations and administrative tasks.


• Communication with internal and External stakeholders.


• Support to the Plant Manager and Operations team.


• Prepare and manage purchase orders for the department.


• Manage sponsoring requests.


• Act as liaison officer between the organization and the Global services (HR, legal…).


• Act as records coordinator.

Qualifications

• Diploma in commercial or equivalent education.


• Good knowledge of an international environment.


• At ease within a complex organization, good connections and interpersonal skills.


• Availability – Flexibility.


• French and English languages (both written and spoken).


• Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office applications.


• Reliable and discrete management of information.


• Good management of priorities and well organized.
