• A broad and challenging position as Senior Business, Operations and Risk Manager. As member of the COO team for “Recruitment, Development & Diversity” you provide business support and assume responsibility for the operations and risk management for the function


• The responsibility for managing our risk framework which covers supervisory controls, operational risk management, Risk Control Self-Assessment, Audit and SOX controls and absence management in cooperation with our internal HR Policy, Risk and Control group


• The opportunity to lead operations which include moves and space planning, supervising deployment activities, and achieving operational efficiencies in a very diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment


• A role to support the COO and Financial Manager in financial management, cost and accrual tracking, budgeting processes for the Functional Area and the opportunity to be involved in running day-to-day financial management activities, including implementation of efficiency measures, headcount management and forecasting


• The chance to ensure day to day business support, e.g. prepare presentations, data analysis, and communication activities


• The possibility to provide project support and to lead cross-functional projects


• A position to build positive relationships and closely partner with various senior stakeholders within Human Resources and the bank


• A role that will develop and grow over time as priorities evolve

You Offer

 

• Bachelor or Master Degree, and a confirmed track-record in similar functions


• Experience in business management, reporting, risk and financial management


• Background in consultancy, operations, process management or portfolio/project management


• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills, experience in change management and organizational design


• Collaborative working approach paired with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, to take accountability for actions and attention to detail and quality


• A dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignment


• Initiative, leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy


• High energy level and passion with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, vibrant environment


• High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times


• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to write high-quality presentation decks


• Strong written/spoken English and German language skills
