We offer:

• An exciting role in the Strategy and Business Support team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Switzerland with the opportunity to contribute in conceptual design and execution of enterprise-wide strategy initiatives for Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd.


• Work across all SUB ERM teams (Strategy and Business Support, Stress Testing, Risk Appetite and Methodologies) and various risk functions (e.g. credit, market or operational risk management), as well as finance teams of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and Credit Suisse Group


• Ability to get deep insights into various risk types, concepts and capital management processes


• Support regular production of risk reports and presentations to senior management, Board of Directors and regulators


• Gain deep knowledge and profound insights into the risk appetite framework at a leading bank in Switzerland

You Offer

 
You offer:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics or a related area


• Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve risk management frameworks


• You are a strong analytical thinker who is passionate about picking up new concepts


• Dedication and ability to produce high quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines


• You are an empathic teammate with the ability to work across different areas and partnering with key business partners


• Advanced skills in MS-Office, particularly with Excel and Power Point


• Are you a dedicated problem solver with phenomenal communication skills in English and ideally German and excellent interpersonal skills who loves to work hands on?
