• You will contribute to the development of tailor-made, structured and cash flow based financing solutions for medium and large Swiss companies (listed) and private equity companies throughout Switzerland with a special focus on the French-speaking region

• Direct contact and interaction with client representatives, external lawyers, aircraft manufacturers, operators, consultants, public authorities and various internal partners which offers you great opportunities to grow a strong network


• The chance to lead aircraft financings from signed offer letter to closing, which includes instructing and monitoring our external lawyers, reviewing their drafts, negotiating legal documentation (loan/lease agreements, guarantees, assignments etc.) with clients and coordinating the activities of all internal and external transaction parties

You Offer

• A bachelor's or master's degree from university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Banking & Finance or Law or equivalent, with additional education in Corporate Finance and/or CFA


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time work experience in corporate banking, credit risk management or leveraged finance


• Knowledge and experience in cash flow based lending transactions and real passion for the Swiss SME market


• Proficiency in financial modeling and in drafting cash flow-based financing solutions


• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to cope simultaneously with different tasks in a fast-paced environment


• A great teammate mentality, high degree of self-motivation and ability to deliver high quality results on time when under pressure


• Flexibility, an enthusiastic can-do approach, sense of responsibility, and perseverance skills


• French mother tongue, fluent English and good German knowledge
