International Mobility Manager DACH (m/w/d) - 005G49Horgen (Zürich)

For our HR team in Horgen nearby Zurich we are looking for an International Mobility Manager DACH (m/w/d). In this role you are responsible for driving and coordinating our continuous improvement efforts for our International Mobility portfolio within HR services DACH. You will be collaborating with operational and functional managers across Europe to drive our mission for a unified HR Service mindset to better serve our HR customers. By utilizing the global International Mobility team and your service-oriented mindset you will help us to reinforce our service delivery quality & compliance and deliver our service strategy efficiently as well as with an enhanced Employee Experience.

Your responsibilities

• Acting as host HR Business Partner/ HR Service Specialist for Switzerland / DACH zone to support the smooth transfer of employees into the country by utilizing global and local International Mobility partner.


• Managing the end to end process for international assigneesby liaising with various stakeholders, directing 3rd party vendors, all aspects of their assignments with respect to rewards, lease agreements, cost monitoring and payroll adjustments.


• Responsible for the work permit and Visa application process as well as relevant governance, including compliance and regulatory changes associated with DACH and especially Switzerland.


• Managing the payroll processingand communicating the outcome to employees. Driving the LTI processes, vesting’s and approval of grantee processes.


• Developing and coaching relevant HR and Line Management counterparts to use a customer / employee centric approach to drive personalized International Mobility and HR services with an outstanding experience.


• Provide subject matter expertise in International Mobility and related topics e.g. Executive Payroll.

Your profile

• 3-5 years’ experience in Global Mobilityconsulting and/or corporateinternational mobility management


• Highly motivated to drive change and solutions ideally driven by utilizing data


• Autonomous and passionate about creating value for HR Servicesand improving the experience of our internal customers


• Ability to travel 10%


• Excellent written and spoken German and English
