Develop, optimize, implement and maintain the Group’s transfer pricing concepts and policies, including managing and mitigating the related tax risks. Together with the two other team members, act as the Group wide coordinator for transfer pricing.


Responsibilities



  • Act as the Group's expert on TP aspects in the area of related party transactions between Operating Companies as well as regions and countries / business units

  • Prepare TP documentation including benchmarks at Group level, including financial analyses and write-up of master documentation together with business responsibles

  • Analyze tax effects and risks of TP concepts applied and pro-actively develop recommendations for optimization

  • Provide support and guidance to the country tax responsibles in respect of country-specific TP documentation and tax audits

  • Define and monitor the TP sections of the Group Tax Policy

  • Pro-actively monitor and react to TP initiatives of international bodies such as OECD, UN etc.

  • Provide education, training and coordinate external advisers


Education/Qualifications



  • University Degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or Tax


Experience



  • More than 7 years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational company and/or a globally reputed tax consulting or accounting firm


Knowledge & Skills



  • International transfer pricing knowledge and experience

  • Advanced user of MS-Office, knowledge of SAP

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong project leadership and project management skills as well as proven ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, analytical and collaborative with a drive to get things done

English (advanced proficiency level), German (advantage), French (advantage), Spanish (advantage)
