  • A key role in the Corporate Functions Communications team within Group Internal Communications that provides strategic communications advice and hands-on content and campaign execution across all corporate functions and their respective leadership teams

  • Communications Business Partner for the corporate function Chief Operating Officer (COO), with 14,000 employees

  • The opportunity to support the management committee and selected direct reports in the COO function as their primary point of contact with the development and execution of effective communication plans to roll out business initiatives, facilitate organizational change and provide alignment to the business strategy

  • The responsibility for content creation for internal communications events and cross-channel platforms, including the intranet, email and multimedia, ensuring a positive contribution to employee engagement and global alignment

  • A role in a team that feels collective responsibility for quality communication outcomes across all functions, but with a dedicated primary-point-of-contact responsibility for the COO function

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, as well as with the global communications and branding network to create communication messages that cohesively reflect bank-wide priorities and standards in engaging ways for employees

  • A role to actively champion use of new media and technologies in the delivery of internal communications

  • A role to assess and monitor communications effectiveness

  • Open to discussing flexible/agile working


 


You Offer

  • Proven ability to influence and manage a heterogeneous set of partners

  • Dedicated approach and ability to work under pressure in an efficient manner

  • Minimum eight years of corporate communications experience, with strong proven internal communications skills. Experience in corporate function communications is considered a preference

  • Experience in internal communications, planning and strategy, storytelling and skills to execute effectively; strong writing and editing skills with great attention to detail

  • Tangible experience with transformational/ change project communications

  • Working experience in complex matrix organizations and proven ability to work with and provide strategic counsel and practical advice to demanding senior management across geographies

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at every level of the organization; ability to gain consensus, managing sensitive situations and sensitive materials

  • Highly self-motivated, goal driven and proactive self-starter who understands that the best results are achieved through team work; collaboration and partnering are key strengths

  • Strategic thinking capabilities, yet still enjoy the hands-on work that is required

  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to summarize complex concepts and translate ideas succinctly into compelling messages

  • Native English skills; German, French and/or Italian as secondary language(s) are a preference

  • A Master’s degree
