Our Representative Office in Geneva plays a very important role in serving our clients from Central / Eastern Europe. To offer an excellent service to our clients and to support our business development most effectively, a close collaboration between our Representative Office Geneva and the LLB headquarters is crucial. Building this central link between our clients and the headquarters is one of your important contributions towards our success.


Your tasks



  • You support the relationship managers in all aspects of client service and administrative tasks in a responsible and independent way

  • You liaise with the central functions at the headquarters in Vaduz (Credit, Tax, Legal & Compliance, Client Master Files etc.)

  • You are the very first contact person for our clients and attend to clients' needs promptly

  • You prepare business trips and client meetings for the relationship managers

  • You process client payments, stock exchange orders and any other transactions efficiently and swiftly in close collaboration with our headquarters

  • You prepare the opening of bank accounts and ensure excellent quality of all required documents

  • You ensure adherence to all external and internal policies and regulations within the team


Your qualification



  • You completed a banking apprenticeship or an equivalent education and have several years of experience as an Assistant in Swiss Private Banking

  • You are fluent in English and Russian, and preferably German or French

  • You operate MS Office proficiently and, if possible, Avaloq

  • You work in a proactive, independent and highly reliable way and you love being part of a small, open minded, uncomplicated and multicultural team

  • Your way of working is efficient, accurate and of high quality even when under pressure

  • You are experienced with international clientele and you understand the Eastern European or Russian mentality

  • You think and you act in a service oriented way, have a winning personality and professional appearance

  • You are a Swiss or European National or hold a valid and transferable Swiss working Permit.
