1. MISSION
We are looking for a TRADE MARKETING PROJECT LEADER for our L’OCCITANE EXPORT BUSINESS UNIT.
Our business unit’s mission is to develop strong partnershipwith our distributors to grow the L’Occitane business and to provide constant support to maximize L’Occitanecustomer experience in their countries.
2. HIERARCHICAL POSITIONNING AND CONTEXT
You will be part of the Export Trade Marketing Team and will report to the Head of Trade Marketing Export.
You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Export team (including Retail Training &Sales teams) as well as with the Operational Marketing and International teams.
3. MAIN TASKS :
- Adapt the Export Marketing strategy to the distributors that you are in charge of.
- Define with the distributors their yearly Marketing and Media/Digital Media Plans.
- For main launches, coach distributors to maximize all aspects of the 360, including: Digital, Social Media, Influencers activations, PR , CRM, Brand Partnerships while maintaining fundamental execution in the stores (merchandising & promotions, sampling).
- Team Work: Ensure constant collaboration between the different Export sites (Geneva & Miami) and with the MOP, Sales, Retail Training Teams.
Define with the Sales & Retail Training Teams clear Roadmap/objectives per country. Make sure that the daily work goes in line with these priorities.
- Analyze the monthly sell-out results with the Sales & Retail Training teams and challenge the countries to work on corrective actions if needed.
- Follow up of the Marketing budgets.
- Digital:
> Implement the International Social Media and Influencers strategy according to local resources and specificities.
> Share with distributors innovative campaigns and drive-to-store activations.
> Monitor KPI’s and analyze accounts to boost Social Media accounts’ performance.
> Follow up Instagram opening account and share best practices between markets.
> Monitor the performance of key distributors’ ecommerce websites & provide recommendation.
- Others tasks including:
> Logistics: follow-up of novelties order / work on implementation orders for new market openings.
> Merchandising: responsible for the store zoning and the merchandising excellence.
> Promotions: ensure that the promotions put in place by the distributors are in line with the L’Occitane Group Promotional Charter.
> CRM: make recommendations to ensure efficient CRM system
Leader within the Export Trade Marketing team on a wide scope of Transversal Tasks, including:
- Consolidate & share results: compile best practices & launch recaps for Export. Consolidate the results putting forward some clear key learnings. Share them with the Export & International teams
- Highlight the needs of Export Markets and get support from the International teams to drive the Export Business (product / communication / merchandising / pricing / customer service teams)
- Proactively adapt our templates / reports and make proposals to improve the way we coach our distributors
- Define the Export Trade Marketing & Media Plans
- Contribute to MOP Toolboxes and Annual Distributor Seminar
- Build Wholesale guidelines, together with the TR Team
- Define the needs for Digital Training for the team & coordinate with the MOP Team
