We Offer

 

  • A challenging and rewarding position based in Zurich in the highly motivated and diverse COO team of Private Banking Latin America

  • You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and ad-hoc queries, such as facilitating IT troubleshooting, supporting access rights management

  • Act as a management support to the Business Area COO and take over agenda management and organization of internal events and trainings

  • Close collaboration with the Front organization including Region Heads (Mexico, Conosur, Pacto Andino, EAM, international offices)

  • Represent LatAm’s interests with Business Area’s stakeholders

You Offer

 

  • You have minimum 3 years of Private Banking experience, ideally in Front interface roles such as Front office support, Business Management, or COO team

  • Experience with Credit Suisse systems and IT landscape, or access rights management would be an advantage

  • You are an effective team-player with a can-do attitude, stress resistance and good communication skills

  • Hands-on and service-oriented positive personality with a high level of self-motivation to deliver pragmatic solutions

  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage time efficiently

  • Flexibility to be present in the office a few hours every day for occasional vacation absence coverage

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluency in English and German required, Spanish knowledge an advantage
